Installation uses the existing factory hardware and you can complete the installation in 5 minutes. The 1005 safes are available with a high security barrel key or keyless entry. If the shifter is on the steering column as opposed to the Flow Through Floor Console then this vault will not fit and you should look at the universal safes.
